My favorite of your pieces! Curious - did you cut the oak slab yourself? How did you find it to work with?

Thanks Loring...yes I did...I cut it with a chainsaw then spent about 10 hours sanding it smooth...that was the hard part...it was find to burn into.. actually much easier than pine..less grain hard soft areas
