During the mild summer days I would work in my studio with the door open. I noticed a curious little chipmunk would come to the doorway to watch me work. I put a small bowl on the floor about four feet from where I sat with sunflower seeds, other seeds and nuts and in time my new friend would spend quite a bit of time enjoying the new found bounty. One day as I sat working on a piece of art I noticed something was on my foot. Looking down to my suprise there sat my lttle friend. Greating him with a warm hello then looking across to the bowl I noticed it was empty....I then appoigized and re-stocked it for him and returned to my work, What a wonderful little friend he became and this is a burning in tribute to this new found friend..........
